"The M&M Boys
- Together Hit 115 Home Runs"
Commemorative 1961 ticket was issued in
1999 by Classic Collectible Products, Inc.
Measurng 4 by 8.5 inches the ticket is
numbered out of 10,000 made,
and came in a plastic
sleeve. Pictured on the front are the
M&M Boys, Mickey Mantle and Roger
Maris. At the top posing to the right
of the New York Yankees logo. At the
bottom the Bronx Bombers are in action
featured with facsimile autographs,
next to a pair of baseballs, with the
number of home runs each player hit.

A 1961 home Game No. 81 ticket stub, the last home game of season is also
pictured. In this game Roger Maris hit
his 61st home run breaking Babe Ruth's
record of 60. The back of the
commemorative ticket, below "New York
Yankees" at the top,
features
a black & white photo of the M&M Boys,
back to back, leading into a recap of
their record breaking home run season.
Maris and Mantle were the only two
Major League players to have hit 50 or
more home runs for the same team in the
same year. A combined total of 115 home
runs.
At the bottom below the Classic Collectible Products logo, is the "Limited
Edition" serial number box, this one
being "1937" of 10,000. Below the
"Cooperstown Collection" logo on the
far right, is trademark and licensing
