Stadium's Giveaway, Bat Day. This Mickey Mantle Bat Day
Bat, was made by
the Hillerich &
Bradsby co. of Louisville, KY. This bat is from
1966. One way of telling the year the bat was from is by the printing "New York Yankees"
this one is in print. a Bat from another year will have "New York Yankees"
written in "script" The Bat when it was new had a solid yellow finish. Most
bats from that era have most of the Yellow finish
missing, with the wood grain showing through, or bare
